Processing Time

For more information about processing time, please refer to the description under each product type. Due to the custom nature of our products, our processing time are only an approximate timeframe of when your products will be shipped. Under certain conditions, the processing time indicated on each product may vary. Additionally, processing time (indicated under each item) only starts when the Order Confirmation ID Verification is successfully completed by the customer.

All our orders usually ships with UPS or FEDEX for USA and Canada and, DHL for international shipping. Shipping times for all orders within the US and Canada depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout. Shipping speed for international orders varies from 3 to 7 business days depending on the countries.

Please keep in mind that shipping time and processing time are NOT the same. To have an idea of when you will receive your item, add processing time and shipping time.  AYABA HAIR is NOT responsible for third parties delays.

Shipping Address 

If shipping and billing address are different, AYABA HAIR will ask the customer to provide additional information to confirm identity. A copy of the customer holding ID and CCD used to make purchase. 

Duties and Customs Fees

For all international orders, AYABA HAIR does not include duties or custom fees in shipping fees. Therefore, depending on the destination country, duties and customs will be levied by the destination country. AYABA HAIR is not responsible for duties and Customs fees levied by other countries. By purchasing on our website, you agree that any duties and fees levied will be paid by you.
